Kenswick

Status

Originally a chapel in Chapel/Ancient Parish at Knightwick (The Knightwick chapel was appropriated to Worcester Priory and was a separate parish by 1535). 'Kenswick' was in ruins by the late 18th century and considered an extra-parochial. It was a separate Civil Parish in 1858. Ecclesiastically severed in 1908 & transferred to Wichenford Ancient Parish, the area so transferred included in 1910 in the creation of Broadheath Ecclesiastical Parish from Wichenford Ancient Parish.
