Status

Township in Shropshire (Brimstree Hundred) in Halesowen Ancient Parish, which was in Worcestershire and Shropshire until 1844 but entirely Worcestershire thereafter. Transferred to Worcestershire in 1844 for civil purposes. A separate Civil Parish in 1866 in Worcestershire. Transferred in 1974 to West Midlands.[25]
