Status:A township in Oldswinford Ancient Parish (ecclesiastically called 'Old Swinford). It was a separate Civil Parish in 1866. It was a separate Ecclesiastical Parish in 1965 from Lye Ecclesiastical Parish, Stambermill Ecclesiastical Parish, Old Swinford Ancient Parish & Pedmore Ancient Parish. Transferred in 1974 to West Midlands. [25]
