Created in 1850 from Headless Cross hamlet, part of Crabbs Cross hamlet, part of Ipsley Ancient Parish in Worcestershire & Tardebigge Ancient Parish. Ecclesiastical boundary altered in 1950, including to help create Astwood Bank with Crabbs Cross, together with part of Feckenham Ancient Parish. [25]
